PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES

Guidance Every Step of the Way

Services: Services

Our practice offers psychotherapy and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, couples, and families. Our psychology providers share a strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), but we have also been trained in mindfulness and acceptance-based, trauma-focused, and play therapy techniques. We believe that flexibility in our approach enables us to tailor the intervention to the unique needs of the client, thus resulting in more effective treatment.

Our providers strive to assist the individual or family in developing coping strategies that will empower them to deal effectively with the stressful events they may encounter in life. Our treatment approach is collaborative, and our providers rely on the client or family to educate us regarding their goals, needs, and values.

Service Fees:

The fees range from  $300-$350 per session. All fees are due in cash, check, or credit card at the time of the appointment. We do not contract directly with insurance companies, but we do provide clients with a monthly superbill that can be submitted to insurance companies for possible reimbursement. Whether or not you receive reimbursement will depend on your specific insurance plan. Insurance companies generally consider us "out of network" providers.
