PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES

Guidance Every Step of the Way

Our practice offers psychotherapy and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, couples, and families. Our psychology providers use only Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) in the field of Psychology. This means that our treatments include research-supported strategies combined with clinical expertise. Our providers integrate strategies from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), exposure therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP), behavioral activation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT). We incorporate play therapy techniques in our work with small children and conduct parent training to generalize treatment gains to other settings.

Our providers strive to assist the individual or family in developing coping strategies that will empower them to deal effectively with the stressful events they may encounter in life. Our treatment approach is collaborative, and our providers rely on the client or family to educate us regarding their goals, needs, and values.

We do not contract directly with insurance companies, but we do provide clients with a monthly superbill that can be submitted to insurance companies for possible reimbursement. Whether or not you receive reimbursement will depend on your specific insurance plan. Insurance companies generally consider us "out of network" providers.
